Found a bike in Calgary?

Found bikes are no longer required to be reported to the Calgary Police Service (CPS) through the non-emergency line or a district office. Instead, fill out this form and a CPS employee will come to you to collect the bike within three-to-five business days.

We work closely with the Bike Index to return all found bikes to their proper owners.

When filling out the form, here are a couple of tips:

Please ensure all fields on the form are completed, this will assist CPS in locating the owner of the found bike
Be specific as to where the bike can be retrieved and make it accessible for pickup if you are not going to be home
If you have reactive dogs, a sleeping baby or any other reason you do not want a knock on the door, please let us know you are looking for a no-knock pickup

If you have completed the online form and the bike has not been picked up after five business days, feel free to contact CPS Evidence and Property Unit at 403-428-3500.
